Abstract

Inflation is factor that influence the (IHSG) Composite Stock Share Price Index. Above also explains, if Inflation rates rise then the Composite Stock Share Price Index will go up, but we see that the theory will not be the same forever with the practice or application. For that we intend to see if it was true what was mentioned by the theory. To find out we took Composite Stock Share Price Index data that listed on BEI Jakarta from the period 1 January 2013 - until 31 December 2015. Then we took the Inflation rate data from the period 1 January 2013 - until 31 December 2015.Inflation is the one of economic factor can influence Composite Stock Share Price Index. If the inflation more high than before it can impact of Composite Stock Share Price Index. Otherwise, In this study we will examine Composite Stock Share Price Index from the results obtained output of coefficient over than 0.05 as much as 0.159 so the final inflation isn’t influence of Composite Stock Share Price.

Abstract

Operating cost is very important in company especially in its operational activities. It is expected that sales of existing results, we can extract the optimal profits for the company in accordance with the desired target. and the operating costs are expected to have optimal profit so that company profitability reached.  The sole purpose of this paper are: To determine Operating Cost and to know the profitability of the Sub. Directorate KC / CKB PT. PLN  (PERSERO) BANDUNG Indonesia (Persero) Bandung.The method used in this research is descriptive method such as observation, interview and filed test with quantitative approach. While the data analysis using statistic method to know the influence of operating cost to profitability, and descriptive quantitative analyze method for knowing operational cost development and to measures the profitability using correlation between weight cost with sales that was known as operating ratio, the "t" test in processed data by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows.Based on this research shows that there is influence between operational cost on profitability. Level of relation (correlation) is very closely two variables, that is r = - 0.800 with a negative correlation value. The point is that if the greater operating costs, the lower profitability or conversely the lower the operating costs, the greater the profitability of the company. Level of influence that happened is at 36% and the balance of 34% influenced by other factors. So we can conclude that there are operation costs affect the profitability of the Sub. Directorate KC / CKB PT. PLN  (PERSERO) BANDUNG (Persero) Bandung.  Keywords: Operating Cost, Profitability

Abstract

Entrepreneurial ability in managing the business very well and encouraged by good science will also serve as sources of labor become a vital object in the implementation of the company. Entrepreneurship as the driving wheel of the company plays an important role in supporting the achievement of business objectives. Entrepreneurial Education and Science is a unity that can not be separated. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing entrepreneurial competence in RM. PADANG ANGKASA, PADALARANG, to know the success of the RM. PADANG ANGKASA, PADALARANG, and to test the effect of competence on the success of entrepreneurial businesses in the RM. PADANG ANGKASA, PADALARANG.  The method used in this research is to census descriptive and verification approaches. This study uses explanatory survey research data collection techniques. This was a census study, by taking the entire population as the sample population totaling 48 employees. Techniques of data collection using interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis method using Pearson product moment correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as t test using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that entrepreneurial competencies in supporting the success of Business In the calculation of correlation is obtained for (r) = 0.657, the determination coefficient (Kd) = 43.17%, which means Entrepreneurial Competence affect business success is positive and strong. Where as in the calculation of the hypothesis with used t get t value = 5.91, while t table value = 2.013 where t count > t table which means that Ho is rejected, H1 is accepted, based on research by using the t test the two parties with a significant level of 5%, this means that the effect on the Entrepreneurial Competencies of Business Success in RM. Abstract

Cash Turnover is cash the ability to generate revenue so it can be seen how many times cash spin for a specified period. Profitability is the ability of companies to earn profits in relation to sales, total assets and shareholder equity. This study aims to determine cash turnover and profitability, and how much influence the velocity of cash to profitability in PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The statistical test used was simple linear regression, Pearson correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Based on this research shows that there is a relationship between the Cash Turnover to profitability. Level of relation (correlation) both variables are very low, ie r = 0.050 with the value of a positive correlation means that if the velocity of flows increases, the profitability has also increased. vice versa, Influence the level achieved was 0.25% while the rest equal to 99.75% influenced by other factors. While through hypothesis test is done using the t test, t value obtained for 0.133 and t table value of 2.365. Based on the t value, so t count < t table, so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. So we can conclude that the effect or impact of cash turnover was very low and no significant effect on profitability at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.. Keywords: Cash Turnover, Profitability

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lingkungan kerja fisik masih belum memadai seperti kurangnya penerangan dan kurangnya sirkulasi udara sehingga kondisi ruangan kurang memberikan rasa nyaman kepada pegawai dalam bekerja. Selain lingkungan kerja fisik, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai yaitu kurangnya pengembangan kompetensi seperti pendidikan dan latihan, mengikuti seminar-seminar sehingga berdampak pada kurangnya semangat kerja pegawai. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1)Bagaimana  pengaruh penataan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai?2)Bagaimana pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi pegawai terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai?3)Bagaimana  pengaruh penataan lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai?Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan teknik survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil adalah sebanyak 45  orang pegawai.Jumlah sampel yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 45 orang responden. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa teknik yaitu studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan dan penyebaran angket. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik suatu simpulan sebagai berikut:1)penataan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai dengan hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0.683 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan tinggi, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 46.64%. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa t hitung> t tabelyaitu  t hitung = 7.954 dan t tabel = 1.999. Jadi dari hasil perhitungan ternyata penataan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai. 2) Pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai dengan hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0.824 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan tinggi, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 67,90%. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui t hitung> t tabel yaitu  t hitung = 9.815 dan t tabel = 1.999. Jadi dari hasil perhitungan ternyata pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai. 3) Penataan lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai dengan hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0.91 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan sangat kuat, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 82,81 %. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa korelasi dapat dikatakan signifikan apabila F hitung> F tabel hasil perhitungan diperoleh  Fhitung = 8,65 sedangkan bobot  Ftabel = pada  0.05 dan dk = 45-2-1= 42  diperoleh F tabel 3,22.  Jadi nilai F hitung> dari nilai F tabel. Dengan demikian penataan lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai. Berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima/teruji kebenarannya. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kompetensi Pegawai, Semangat Kerja

Abstract

An intellectual capacity of an organization's human resources can be seen from its employee's competency quality, organization’s commitment, and assignment control. In an organization or a company, the employee's intellectual capital is very important because it will increase the employee’s performance and can help the company to achieve its aims. The purpose of the research is to analyze intellectual capital’s impacts on employee’s performance at PT. ADV SEKURINDO. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with quantitative approach. The descriptive method is used to find out employee’s intellectual capital and performance The verification method is used to find out the intellectual capital’s impact on the employee’s performance at PT. ADV SEKURINDO. This research is a census of 75 employees as the analysis’ object. The technique of data collection is done by observing, documenting, questioning, and interviewing. The quantitative analysis is done using correlation, double regression, and determination, also testing the hypothesis using SPSS 13 For Windows.The result of the research shows that the intellectual capital is included in good category, but the employee’s performance is in fair category. The result of the research shows that the intellectual capital simultaneously and partially gives significantly impacts (α = 0,05) on the employee's performance which results closeness relation level (0.677) and the impact’s scale is 45.8 %, The employee's performance is determined by the intellectual capital, which consists of competency, organization’s commitment, and assignment control. For the rest, 54.2%, is influenced by other factors. The superior impact on the employee’s performance of the three factors is competency, but the inferior factor is commitment.         Keywords: Intellectual Capital’s, Competency, Organization’s Commitment,        Assignment Control and Employee’s Performance.
